Wow, February has flown by. It's already time to promote my March Cherish Your Memories Class Penelope. Once again this Workshop Your Way comes with everything you need to make three layouts and a Picture My Life layout.

This kit is just in time for spring. And those little birds are so cute!

I dug into the archive for some of these photos. Sid was just 7 at this birthday party. Now she's 16! It's good to go back and remember, isn't it?

The kit includes the Penelope complements, limeade washi, and silver playful puffies. And you have LOTS of leftovers.

And, as I mentioned earlier, you have two sheets of Picture My Life cards so pocket scrapbooking, horizontal on one side, vertical on the other. You use some on the layouts but you have a full sheet and some left over.

And of course, you can make cards with your leftovers. The cutting guide includes all the cuts! Spring Critters, which have thinlets to make for easy cutting, is the stamp set used for the leftover cards.

The beauty of this kit is that the cutting guide is available online so you can purchase this and work on it at home or contact me to join one of my Cherish Your Memories classes and make it in the company of friends.

Happy Memory Keeping!

Balloon animals anyone?

If you can stand the squeakiness of the balloons, there is no doubt there are some very talented balloon artists in this world. And every kid wants a balloon animal/creation.

This month, CTMH is making creating a balloon animal as easy as inking and stamping it. And with the Stamp of the Month, Balloon Animals, you get to choose the colors and avoid the squeakiness (as well as the tears when it finally pops).

It's only available in February so get it while you can!

Happy Valentine's Day! Share the Love!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Today, at my house we are overloading on chocolate and heart shaped sugar cookies. What are you up to for Valentine's?

If you are feeling the love today, you may want to share the love. Close to My Heart has partnered with Operation Smile for a long time. And they have made it easy for you to contribute as well. You can donate with every purchase that you make to CTMH, purchase an Operation Smile shirt, or purchase one of the Operation Smile stamp sets (they change periodically). And this month, Close to My Heart is offering a special stamp set, only available in February, Share the Love. For every stamp set purchased, $7.00 is donated to Operation Smile. Each surgery is just $240 so every contribution counts!

Let me show you how darling this stamp set is.

There is not an image in this set I don't love. I am about to date myself but anyone else remember stretching the phone cord into another room or closet (in my case, the laundry room) so no one could hear your conversation? Or actually using a typewriter? I wrote most of my papers on a typewriter in college.  Ahhhh.

Well, I had a blast playing with this stamp set. Inspired by Pinterest, I just started randomly stamping.

I added some accessories here and there. The Love and heart stickers are from the Fundamentals Stickers Enchantment packet.

That circle is from Doodled Designs, one of my favorites.

I love the final result.

So Share the Love with your peeps this February and contribute to the smile of a child.

Thank you!

Today, I woke up to a beautiful, sunny day. It's cold but lovely enough for a walk! And it seemed like a good day to count my blessings. And that includes all of you that follow me here. So thank you!

Wishing you all a wonderful day!
